PINE NUT SALAD DRESSING(Parve)

2 tablespoon pine nuts 4 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar 6 tablespoons canola oil 2 garlic cloves, pressed scant half teaspoon kosher salt freshly ground pepper Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until thoroughly blended. Makes 2⁄3 cup. Can be refrigerated up to 1 week.
